KlumzyKhemist

KlumzyKhemist started making her name as a DJ in the United States, setting the vibe alight on the Open Decks stages of Vermont and her reputation for impactful mixes began to bubble. Whilst studying a Master’s degree in Chemistry, KlumzyKhemist realised her mixing skills were best kept to the stage.

After headlining her first show in the States, she returned to the UK in 2019 and since then has been non-stop on making her sound heard. Whilst finishing her degree in Newcastle, she started featuring on line-ups, supporting and closing for A.M.C, Metrik, Fabio & Grooverider, DJ Rap, Voltage, and more. Returning to London after her studies, KlumzyKhemist has been relentless with her ambition for Drum and Bass music. She pursued a production course at Point Blank Music School and started the Drum and Bass & Jungle Society – giving fellow DJs the chance to DJ at one of the world’s most well-renowned night clubs, Ministry of Sound.

Her reputation for heavy, unique, and experimental sets started to buy her attention from some of the most respected events and venues, being booked for Boomtown Festival, XOYO, Ministry of Sound, The Cause, Lindisfarne Festival, Into the Woods Festival, on top of many more shows across the UK. KlumzyKhemist remains experimental in her music tastes and true to her colours.

Well known for her energetic sets filled with chops and double drops, KlumzyKhemist focuses on surprising the crowd as much as possible. Taking inspiration from all her style ranges from mixing Neurofunk Drum and Bass, to Dancefloor, 4/4 Jungle, Footwork, and everything in between, believing in the importance of never sticking to one sound.

If you can’t catch her at one of her UK sets, you can catch her monthly show for Method Radio every fourth Saturday of the month.
